Full name: Jeremiah Joseph Ward Curry

Born: about 1859

Wife: Mary Ellen Josephine Bride, married 1908, died 29th October, 1919.

Died: 1938 in Kew, Victoria.

In the 1890s, Jeremiah was a barman at Curry's Family Hotel, owned by Michael Curry - presumably a relative. He took over the license in 1904, several years following Michael's death. He later took over the licence at the Governor Hotham Hotel, in Hawthorn. In addition to the Governor Hotham Hotel, he also owned the Terminus Hotel. He is later listed as a storekeeper located at 56 Burwood Road, not far from the Terminus Hotel building.

Licensee:

1904 - Curry's Family Hotel, Collingwood

1916-1919 - Governor Hotham Hotel
